A Fast-Moving Deal Built on Trust: Our client Moo Webber finds a new adventure in the Hardie Grant Media stable, joining content agency Heads & Tales.

We’re delighted to share some great news from the Agency Futures community.
Huge congratulations to Moo Webber, who is about to embark on an exciting new chapter after agreeing a deal with the Hardie Grant Media content agency Heads & Tales.
This journey began when Moo Webber approached Agency Futures looking for a potential merger partner through our Merge Express programme - a founder-first pathway designed to help independent agencies find culturally aligned partners quickly and intelligently.
During the process we connected Moo Webber with the team at Hardie Grant Media and Heads & Tales, and it quickly became clear there was something worth exploring.
On the buy-side, the process was led by Group MD Craig Somerville and CEO Nick Hardie-Grant, working closely with Rod Mooseek, Managing Director of Heads & Tales.
As with all great agency combinations, chemistry matters - and in this case it was obvious early on that the alignment was strong.
What began as a merger conversation quickly evolved into something more decisive: a full acquisition that made strategic and cultural sense for everyone involved.
It’s also a great example of what can happen when trust and alignment are established early.
From the first introduction to completion, the transaction took around five months - proving that deals can move quickly when the foundations are right.
Congratulations to all involved - and thank you to both teams for putting your trust in Agency Futures to help guide the process.
We’re excited to see what this next chapter brings.
